Haha I got it set on 100 on mobile. As a general rule I disregard what Loco says. He's normally trolling.

Kick the sex offenders in the balls though.
Your right, I'm sure they are a great bunch. In any case, scumbags as they are, dealing with sex offenders/ rapists/ murderers it is not my job to judge but to keep order and that's what I will do. Will not violate any rights, that **** is out of control in prisons as far as what I have read. If there's one thing I need to do its to go on a massive bulk and get strong as ****, it might save my life one day.

This seems to be a common theme for you Monte. How many times have you went to your basement and thought about fit men being opened up?

Montecore does not suffer from SALTS. He is in Gainesville or +EV (whatever you want to call it).

Fakeb
Looks the same? - Unknown but most likely looks the same
Lifts the same? - squat in shambles. Deadlift still off from PR city. Bench the same or slightly worse

For Fakeb unfortunately the ruling is SALTS and possibly a case can be made for being in the dreaded world of -EV.

It happens to the best of us, the greatest Golden will most likely recover. If not, I am sure somebody else can take title of Greatest Golden. Maybe somebody with an athlete's heart, you never know.
Can I have an analysis please? 0 PRs in main bb lifts since early 2015. 0 PRs in 2017, 1 PR bw pullupsx30 in 2016 weighing a little over 200, also hit 225x10 incline bench which might be an estimated 1rm pr I'm not sure. Bodyweight keeps climbing. Strength does not.

Surely I've come down with a mild case of SALTS after having symptoms for this many years?

I heard from my a female gay porn connoisseur that there's a serious dearth of tops and tough guys; especially among Chinese gays but even globally. There are too many feminine twink bottoms and not enough buff tops. This is why there's such huge demand for g4p bodybuilders, to fulfill a fantasy that is probably even more unattainable than most guys would have with big breasted skinny women.

EV, would you be a top or a bottom? Do you think anyone would hire you for g4p yet?

Past few weeks did wrestling, jujutsu and boxing. During 1 or 2 of my fights the YouTube channel dude was filming my fights so it may end up on my classes recap video.

In any case, I've come to the realization after facing some of the heavy instructors like 6 ft 240 lbs that I need to gain weight to defend myself effectively. I also plan to take on boxing and can implement into some of my cardio on the daily basis. After I graduate in March my goal is in 2-3 years be 190-195 lbs and move around well/ be flexible and have functional strength.

In the real world, size matters. That's why weight classes exist in sports.

Gl on the planned bulk.

In the past 200% right but the stakes are different now. One of the huge black instructors put me in a guillotine choke hold lifting me off the ground and it hit home. Weighing 165 lbs and having aesthetics in this professions does no good. Mega bulk time.

Yeah no doubt man I just need to stay on top of my nutrition. It ain't gonna be easy. There will be manatory overtime and when I'm working I cannot bring food in. The inmates make the food that I will be consuming. Scary thought.

If you're serious about this, you should really do a no-bull**** linear progression.

Which program would u recommend? I mean I could pretty much do anything since I'll be weak af. I lifted today and 175 for bench felt heavy.
