Do you find it takes the entire week to recover from your leg day? If not, it might just be as simple as subbing more quad/glute/ham work in place of some of your back work on your other back day. It seems clear that your back is much more advanced than your legs. You might also be able to lower your leg volume on leg day if your training frequency for legs is increased, leaving time to do different things on that day.
My point was just that you are much closer to genetic potential in your upper body than lower body, and those are some of the largest muscles you have to grow. I realize you're training for aesthetics, but if you were interested in becoming 180#/10% via any route, then IMO you could certainly bridge much of that gap with leg growth in a short period of time.
