- Been awhile since I've logged. I haven't been sticking to workouts or diets this past week due to having 2 interviews. Both jobs starting pay is 60k with 12h shifts 4 on 4 off. Really would love this gig. Very competitive. Spent lots of hours researching and prepping for interviews. 500 apps for each job, one of them interviewed 40 other job interviewed 24. Both went well. Being realistic, I'm not hoping for much. Going to keep applying.
- Back to the grind, lost like 3 lbs this week due to nerves/ anxiety from both interviews. Leg day today. No excuses.

Good point but with my quads I feel like it's more valuable for me to do quads twice a week. Huge weak point.

This young large chested young lady just squat 245 on wednesday. Wide stance and just marginally below parallel with HBBS. She's 128lbs and has been bb squatting for about 6 months, but did do goblet squats and stuff for a while before then.

Don't be stupid like how they got caught? Or that smoking weed is stupid. If you think the latter, you got serious issues.

Well, smoking weed isn't so great when your brain is still developing because it can potentially cause permanent changes in mood and how information is processed, but I agree with your inherent supposition that EV isn't thinking about things that deeply. That said, he's probably not paid to.

While id love to pile on the hate I do have a legitimate question for ev.

Have you had any times where your "duty" as a police officer has conflicted with your own personal beliefs? For example if you believed drugs should be legal and came across these kids last night. How did you react, or if you haven't been in this situation, how do you plan to treat it?

No hating at all -- he's an entry level grunt. I'm sure he's doing what he's told by his superiors (as well he should). Engaging in a deep philosophical tug of war while patrolling probably isn't that great of an idea.

I would hope that his experiences as a police officer, in addition to some of the well publicized missteps of many of his colleagues, would inform a more nuanced view of things as he gains more experience and presumably rises the career ladder. Surely some needed modifications to law (decriminalization of some drugs, plus the mandatory minimum stuff Oliver quite effectively highlighted this week) will help as well, should they be enacted.

How they got caught. It's not my job to pass judgement on these issues. As Monte correctly stated I am an entry level grunt. While I have passion for my job, I care more about getting my meals in for the day then writing every possible ticket.

Three females who weigh less than 74kg totalled more than 660lbs at the recent novice competition, in their first meet. 230 for three? What is this, a workout for ants?

Not yet. I don't believe that and anyone that lets that single factor alter their discretion is a weak minded LEO.

Lololol. How can you lol @ natty though? You even said one should lift consistency for two years. I just finished academy. That's half a year of bs exercises. We both know I lost significant muscle mass. Perhaps in the future I'll make the switch.

Lmfao, give me to end of the year for that 900-1000 total. It's gonna happen. I'd be willing to bet on it.
