I wouldn’t pay too much mind to my current numbers. Db incline is accurate because it is challenging, after my 3x10 sets my heart rate is Elevated but the bench 175x4 etc isn’t too challenging. I’m going to have to reset everything meaning bench/ DL/ front squat numbers.
