My cut was many weeks (it's at the beginning of my log). Only did EC for awhile, though... on and off, really. My body is very sensitive to stimulants, so I used to dose at less than half the regular dose.

Take 240mg of pseudo ephedrine and you won't eat for three days.

make your first cycle count, because tolerance builds up, and it never goes away no matter how long you cycle off

That's what I was reading. Something like 20mg eph and 200mg caffeine three times a day is the standard dose for someone who used at least a cycle be4.

Ephedrine and pseudo are different. Pseudo is more appetite suppressing, ephedrine HCL is more of a stimulant.

Nah I was never like a hardcore druggie or anything... just have always had a pretty insensitive/tolerant body.

That's the standard dose. Ramp up the E from 1->3 doses over 2-4 days though imo. Half the time I just use coffee for the C.

Lol, guess I'll never be loco sub 10% then. This is probably the lowest I'll ever be unless I compete and hopefully by then I'll gain enough muscle mass that I won't have to hit poverty sub 160 again.

No, I won't be advising anyone in using the EC or ECA stacks. This is purely for my own interest. I already know the correct dosages to use for them, side effects, and obvious signs/factors people have/display who should not be using them. I was just asking for feedback. I'm the type of person who likes to hear other peoples personal opinion on products and theories who have experience with these things. Value both scientific data as well as these opinions.

Sickening vascularity. Don't see how they can only be 14". I think only solution is for me to come down to New Jersey and have a Nood-Off versus this guy. I was thinking the other day that my almost 42" chest measurement has to be off. That I unconsciously blow myself up like a ballon and spread my lats like a cobra and then measure. Certainly a possibility. But the arm measurement is pretty hard to mess up.

That sounds right Weas. Barrel physique. 48" down to 40" belly.

But EV gets 34.5" chest down to 28" waist with 13" guns. Doesn't seem right, or his physique is an illusion.

I get 41.5" to 31.25". Straight up facking Ryu/Ken from street fighter. Hay-do-Ken!!!

Seems a bit weaksauce but not too bad. They probably 16+" flexed. So much easier to measure them flexed.

Worst arms ever is Syndrom.

The gold standard minimum man armsize is to not fit in that blood pressure cuff measurement machine at Walmart. That thing feels like it's going to pop when I get my blood pressure checked. Would like to bust that machine one day. Probably need another inch or two.

You shouldn't fit into that Weas. If you do, you should feel real bad and start doing more chins and cgbp ASAP.

just measured chest. imo this needs someone else to help as arm placement changes the numbers a huge amount. I got 41" the first time and 44" the second time when I forced my elbows down.

Weirdly, chest measurement is unflexed because it's for clothing not for dickwaving on forums and in locker rooms.
