chin up = palms facing you

pull up = palms facing away

neutral grip = palms facing eachother

Try different grips out. For me the difference is HUGE. It is also big deal how wide the grip is. I am doing the best with shoulder wide neutral grip.

Try the table video on Rexx's page!

Shoulder width underhand is stronger for almost everybody. And easier to use a full range of motion. Most people don't lock out neutral grip or overhand because the leverage at the top is so bad.

The day is flying by but I'm determined to make a quick post here.

1. I forgot to post my football picks before last night's game which means I've lost my "16". *sob*
2. I betcha I still kick Hololoday's ass for the week.
3. I went to Mama's last night and didn't go to the gym afterwards.
4. I did do the table pull ups & chin ups and almost hit 10K in steps.
5. I'm not posting my food lately because it's really a non-issue atm, meaning I'm keeping calories to 1,200 or less. (I know that sounds low but I'm old, female and short.) The issue still is not enough protein though. Plan is to up calories via protein only. 100-200 calories just protein...will try for one week too see if that grows me some G4S muscles.
6. No poker tonight. I'm still a little sick with a hacking cough and I really dislike it when I'm swapping cards and chips with sick people. I wanna play though! I was going to, but my buddy told me to keep my hacking cough at home.(whore) Hopefully, poker tomorrow.
7. That means the gym tonight and tomorrow morning! I have 2 opportunities to video myself, and um work out. That too!
8. I declined to help cancer boy change the bandage on his nose. um gross! I don't like blood, stitches etc. He said to me this morning "Cheryl packed me an extra bandage, q tips and vaseline Nurse Josie, just in case I need to change it can you help? Answer...no, unless you want me to pass out or puke. I can't look at that stuff. Quite frankly it's on his ****ing nose, I do believe he can look in a mirror to change his bandage. No thanks! Yes, I'm probably a ***** but this guy always wants more than I want to give.
9. Higher ups fired my assistant yesterday....eliminated her position to be exact. Not happy about it, but she'll be around for another month. She seems very happy, smiling as always.

Ty!

I know, right? It’s cuz I’ve been nice about the whole thing. He always pushes for more and more until I put up a Josie 2.0 stop sign. Josie 2.0

Typical afternoon w cancer boy:
At 4:45 today the new president came by to ask if I could email her some figures on a couple of previous projects so she could calculate a fee for a new project at home this weekend.

As soon as she goes cancer boy pops by to say:

CB: “You don’t fell well, you should go home.”

VJ: yeah I’m leaving in 15 min. It’s almost 5 you know. Besides I’m emailing s reports to Pres.

CB: oh yeah it is late but if u don’t feel well go home!

(Like he’s giving me a gift. Like I wouldn’t have gone home in I chose to. Like I need his approval.)

Couple minutes later he’s back. It’s now 4:50ish

CB: well if you’re not going home early can you help me with something?

And I lost my temper.

VJ: didn’t you hear me? I just said I’m trying to get this info together for the pres. do u not realize it’s almost 4:55 on a Friday and there’s no more time “to go home early”?

CB:Oh well this will only take a second for you.

That guy sounds really frustrating Josie. You'll have to pray he retires early. Good job putting up some boundaries though. Some people will just take and take and not even think twice about it.

Can't you just tell him to "keep your nose outta my business?"

He’s 70!

Says he’s going to work for 5 more years but I don’t see the new bosses letting that happen.

Josie 2.0 I made the video but I don’t know how to post it on Tapatalk! Can someone give me some cliffs please?

I thought I could add it just like a photo but the video wasn’t there when I clicked on the pic icon.

Holly,

Uhh...I don't actually know anything about the NFL. Other than sometimes recognizing players from college.

I don't think you can post video from tapatalk--just set up a burner youtube account then paste only the numbers into the "youtube" tags.

I have a YouTube acct for watching videos so I just uploaded my deadlift to that. Now what do I do?

Type slowly and don’t use big words. Don’t assume I know anything
