Monty you have to put Greg's back they were too good.

Josie I'm just saving you from junior finding out one day that mommy posted his picture online talking about his lanced boil on his bumbum.

You're welcome.

Holliday,

He's from Boston; fashion and race relations remain as they were in the early 80s, and there's nothing really to be done about it.

Yeah true, much to his chagrin. But mama says that guys w full beards hate shaving everyday anyway.

Um, I think you'd classify him as a manlet, but he's got time; he's only 19 yrs old.

His fashion def ain't represented in neither the hospital johnny nor the prom tux. He's more hipster cool.

Loco would prolly say he's "skinny fat". His best friend is 6'5", lifts heavy and has the muscles to prove it. They're polar opposites but buddies since kindergarten. Anyway, I can add son to my gym membership for a discount, which I told him and I think he's interested!!!!!

Well just make sure he understands that once a month is simply NOT ENOUGH!!! In fact he should probably stay away from any "I married my best friend" situations all together!

No gym. Stayed home. Thought about doing some exercise (planks, yoga, squats) at home (shocker, I know) but I fell asleep soon after dinner. Now it's 1:35am and I'm awake. Josie 2.0

Crazy day at the office. I was very busy plus I didn't bring food for breakfast or lunch w me. I usually keep staples like tuna, yogurt, cheese, cashews on hand but I guess I've eaten all the supplies.

Calories 677
Protein 46g ☹️
Fat 31g
Carbs 70g Josie 2.0

If I hadn't fallen asleep after dinner I would've had more protein. At least the calories are low! Start fresh tomorrow.

Gn y'all

Foot cramps:

I had been waking up with foot cramps every night for at least a week. Since the day after I started taking Magnesium, I haven't had a cramp. However, the other change I made, was to not wear high (ish) heels daily in the office. Something I had been doing for a couple of months.

At the moment I'm wearing fancy (gold trimmed) chuck taylors with my work garb. It's kind of ridic but better than foot cramps!

I used to get leg cramps very badly at night when I was a teen. One doctor put it down to salt deficiency as I never added salt to my food but another said it was just growing pains I did grow out of them though. Possibly all the intensive exercise may be contributing but you are getting such a positive from doing it that hopefully you can sort out the cramps. Good luck Oh yeah warm towels wrapped around my legs relieved the pain. I feel for you they can be excruciating at times.

Yes, they can be very excruciating! *knock on wood* I haven't had one for about 5 days in a row.

I wish it were growing pains as I wouldn't mind growing a couple more inches. Josie 2.0

Hello my lovelies,

Went to the gym tonight and it was so damned crowded. I actually missed a couple of machines I usually use because I was sick of waiting, and I just didn't feel motivated. I don't know why! When I got there I thought I'd be doing a super-duper work out in prep of Saturday's training session but nope! I estimated that what I wanted to accomplish would take over 2.5 hours, but I called it a night after 1.5 hrs. Josie 2.0 No, it wasn't because my knee was bothering me; my knees feel great. Truly, I think I was just damned tired. Below is my mini workout.

I'll post my food log tomorrow, but for tonight I'll share the treats I had today. G4S said I could have a treat!

In work I had a Reese's peanut butter cup! They used to be my favorite candy. I haven't had one in ages. It was good but dang it tasted waaaay too sweet to me. I've been eating dark chocolate lately which is less sweet, maybe that's why.

I also had sweet potato chips with dinner! An entire small bag. Those did not taste too sweet, they were amazing!

I was able to have those 2 treats and still keep my carbs around 60g and my kcal around 1200. I'll take it!

Calories 1229
Protein 123g
Fat 54g
Carbs 62g

It's weird how I keep hitting the same numbers without trying. Protein is at 123g a lot! Weird.

Well yesterday pretty much sucked.

For starters my son's cyst is still...an issue. He went to get the packing taken out and the doctor decided that it should be repacked for a couple more days, which means keeping the wound open obv. So yesterday started with me waking him up early so I could change the bandages before I left for work. He didn't want to wake up, so that took time, then he had to use the rest room first, which resulted in needing a shower before I could bandage him up.

I was trying to be patient, I swear! In the end I was very late for work.

Then later in the day, I left my phone in an Uber car, and when I say 'phone' I really mean 'life'. OMFG I cannot function without my phone. Karma was with me though, because I got my phone back!!!!

Got home last night and my son didn't feel great and I was feeling very run down, like could barely move kind of run down. I have some health issues that may be flaring up. So I skipped the gym, AGAIN. Since I was staying home I had such plans to clean the house, do my nails, do my hair, do laundry. You know, get some shiat done! But nope, I watched America's Got Talent and fell asleep.

The worst part of having such a low key gym week is that I'M MEETING THE PERSONAL TRAINER TOMORROW. Not the best way to prepare for the meeting.

I just emailed him the 2 page questionnaire that he asked me to fill out. Holy **** that was a lot of questions! One of them was "What is your all time favorite movie?" Tough question! I narrowed it down to The Godfather, Rounders and Pulp Fiction and ended up choosing PF.

Food was good yesterday. I had steak for dinner!

Calories 1138
Protein 100g* (yeah, yeah stfu)
Fat 58g
Carbs 45g

I'm going to discuss my protein goal with the trainer tomorrow and I am going to refocus on that ****ing 120g protein goal this weekend. My food prepping was non existent this week, hence the lower protein.

In what ways do you think you need to prepare for this meeting?

I just saw an article about how many women put off seeing a doctor because they want to "lose a few pounds first". Why do women think like this?
