rofl, I swear I didn't see it until after I snapped the pic! I grabbed 2 halves of a plain roast beef sandwich and just dumped the contents onto the plate.

Protein, protein, protein! Bah! I'll have you know I used to be the queen of sugar, Sugar!

Since I didn't work out yesterday let's talk about sugar.

I bake, a lot, though not much recently due to my new found interest in working out and protein. Anyway, my specialty is/was cakes. I haven't made a significant cake since last august when I made my friend's daughter's wedding cake. Ugh. Flavorwise it was amaze-balls: tiers of red velvet & cream-cheese, white chocolate/vanilla/mango, and triple chocolate w choc mousse filling. I was not happy w how it looked though. I had to stack it there at the site and there were spaces that pissed me off. Grrr but they loved it, and it saved them a **** ton of money.

Another cake for son. He got a red guitar for his bday that year, hence the cake. Guitar neck is made of Rice Krispie treats though, which was the kids' fave part.

The suitcase is my fave cake, before I added the "stickers". It looks plain but I used a new technique to get the fondant to actually look like leather. In person it looked like the real deal. They wanted stickers on it though, of places they've vacationed.
