I'm a big fan of eating crap in moderation. I'm dieting right now and still eat hamburgers and pizza all the time since I love it. I also have a huge sweet tooth so I eat candy or ice cream a couple of times a week. I just make sure it fits into my macros and that I'm not eating so much of it that I'll have to starve myself for the rest of the day.
I guess it's all personal preferences though.
