Dang. Slept too long on Monday to lift (well I could have but I was fried from a long weekend) and Tuesday I had a work meeting that interfered so I missed 2 normal lifting days. No matter, I got back after it today.

Today I lifted for 90 minutes

I did a KB circuit while watching a movie then NBA, but I logged it this time:

Finished my lifting for the week today. Actually swung around my heavier KBs for 61 minutes. Kinda lame just doing KBs all week but hopefully I'll get back to barbells tomorrow

Alright, opted for more kettlebell exercising today. I put on the movie 'In Bruges' while

I lifted today for 90 minutes

Not sure what I can do the rest of the week, but hopefully I won't hit any real obstacles.

Now I'm off to practice disc, hit up some Indian food and crush some PLO.

I thought it was ok. Colin Farrell wasn't that great in it but the dialogue/plot was decent and the dark comedy was pretty good. 24/37

Got out and lifted today. Didn't log my workout because I dropped my phone into the ocean on Sunday. But it looks like a typical Monday workout and I centered it around squatting 135 for 100 reps (broken up, of course).

Yea budday!

Alright I just finished my lifting for the week. I've done great all year. I've got a lotta stuff to take care of this week before heading out of town so I'm sort of taking a lifting break until I return from Vegas. I'll also be taking a diet break until back from Vegas. I mean, the whole reason to push so hard is to take time and enjoy the results.

I'm gonna keep getting all my steps, I like doing that. And I still might lift and try to eat somewhat reasonably but I'll get back to the stricter limitations mid June.
