Some updates:

-Had a concussion at the end of June last year that messed me up for months. Got back into climbing after a bit but had several setbacks
-Had food poisoning but then it turned out the main issue was gastritis from long term ibuprofen usage. Gastritis caused other flare up issues and made life miserable for a long while. This resulted in total diet overhaul, at one point going mostly vegetarian
-Succeeded in my weight loss goals and got down to 150, though not climbing much at the time
-Got back into climbing but then managed to fracture my rib and possibly hit my head again while falling walking back from the bathroom to my room on sleep meds
-This injury lasted 6 weeks, at which point I was able to climb again but took another month before I made it to the gym due to issues I was going through below
-Fatigue/exhaustion issues continued to make life bad
-Around this same time my dad fell and broke his hip, which began the hardest several months of life for my family. Cannot even begin to explain how hard this has been. Families future has never been more unsure and as much difficulty as I was already having, this just destroyed my mental health. My dad is now handicapped and has had 3 surgeries in part due to infection and complications, and his survival was questionable multiple times. He was incoherent for weeks at a time and very self destructive at several points during his recoveries and it really seemed like he was going to fall again and die, and maybe wanted to. He is now totally coherent and back to working on his laptop and prognosis is much, much better than before. One hopefully final surgery is coming down the line. Still a lot of fear over the possibility of him falling again, and how horrible him having to go through recovery again for another surgery will be. But that's not in the present.

As far as my return to climbing, at this point I've had moderate success whenever I went to climb and enjoyed the sessions but have fallen behind on everything in life. Generally 3+ weeks between sessions lately. Only this week really trying to make the push to get back to the gym regularly and be happier as well as get fitter

I'm sorry to hear about your family situation. I know it has been hard. My father passed away 6 years ago, so I can relate.

Good luck with everything. Once life returns to something routine you will be back at it!
