Leftover chicken fried rice + handful of peanuts I threw on:
PF changs lists one serving as 14 oz and 606 calories. I'd say that's easily half that. I'll log it at 300 + 100 for the peanuts.

Lunch: Sushi Boy - California roll and salmon avocado roll:
myfitnesspal has the california roll at 420 calories. Has the salmon avocado roll at 610 calories. Seems REALLY high to me, but I'll log it anyway.
1030 calories (this can't be right can it?)
Dinner:
2 slices wheat bread - 140 calories
1/2 tbspn honey mustard, ~25 calories (threw in 5 extra)
Chicken thigh, leg, wing: 350 calories
515 calories
Snacks:
Baby carrots, 8oz - 90 calories (what the **** they're carrots)
Red Pepper Hummus: 6 tablespoons (i don't think even this much) - 210 calories
300 calories
Total: 2245 calories
Seems really high to me for how little I ate and what I ate. I am kind of suspicious of those rolls.
