If it was a few hundred it wouldn't be a big deal. It's nothing that I don't know it's just bad habits getting the best of me.

Honestly,

I don't mean to be a bitch about it. But I'm ****ing starving everyday. Yesterday wasn't a total trainwreck because I ruined myself at the gym. But for me to eat 2000 calories I go to bed ravenous.

I know women who go on 1400 diets.. if they can do it everyday, you have no excuse. I have been there when I was doing 1900-2100 calories and yes it was tough but after a while you get used to it and start getting satisfied. You have to get mentally prepared until then you will not stop complaining.

I had 2000 calories yesterday and my 163 pounds were starving. So I realize your pain must be larger Jeff.

Gotta make better food choices. MOAR veggies. MOAR lean meats.

LESS cookies. LESS Burger King combos.

Yeah this.

Eat a pound of veggies with dinner and see how how hungry you are when you go to bed. When I cut, it was meat with 2 or 3 different kinds of veggies, and maybe (maybe!) a small portion of a starch like rice or potatoes (like half a cup).

I suspect you're having issues making healthy food choices because you're not preparing well enough; setting aside a day on whatever it is the weekend is for you and cooking a bunch of stuff is the best way to do it, imo.

When I was cutting, meal timing really helped me. I didn't eat breakfast, and just waited as long as possible for lunch. Then ate a normal dinner and went to bed satisfied.

ETA: Caffeine in the morning to curb hunger is helpful with this plan.

What everyone fails to suggest is up the cals, because 2k cals is very low and you obv can't comply. I'm seriously rustled cuz this is common sense **** and has been said already. You're not some fit dude trying to nail that last 5-10 lbs. You're a fat fack. So eat like one. Just less. Start with 2400 daily average. Nail that for 2-3 weeks. Adjust slowly from there.

This leaves some wiggle room for slip ups or a facking cookie while allowing you to slowly get better at prep and food choices and shat. FACK.

I withdraw my congratulation. Best of luck, anyway. <3

I'll give you a shoutout next time I'm there. I should be around for maybe event 1, plolo event(?), main (most likely of the 3) and 2/5 or 5/10 (10/20?) plo shenanigans, too. I hope. Depends on the dependents.

Not with a 20 PLO session win streak.
Doesn't matter how low a variance style you play, that is something else.
