I understand the ideas behind accommodating resistance. I've also seen it work successfully, and fail miserably.
For sure mate, i'm an olympic lifter anyway, but make more money from powerlifting world because UK sport give us so little money...
Our budget is £1.8 mil for 2016, I am fine with cycling and rowing getting £30 mil+ each because we dominate the world in them, but synchronised swimming gets more than double than us...
