If you are trying to grow one would assume you are eating more calories than you’re expending. In that case the protein amounts won’t really matter much. It’s likely a really good idea to get a large, high quality serving of protein twice a day. Let’s say 30-50g per meal from proper sources.
140g of high quality protein spread out 2-4x a day would be great. But if you’re Vegan or choose other diets where a lot of the 140g doesn’t come from full profile amino acid sources you might be leaving a fraction of optimality behind.
If cutting this becomes slightly more nuanced and important.
