Lengthen?

No it’s a preventative measure so his short veins stay clear bc the plaque has no where to go.

There’s nothing you can do about the size of your veins not sure where in my posts you got that

If the man in sky is real, he will forgive us for having to put up with all these delusional men who gave us nonsense books on religion.

I do agree with Pig though. Done with pigs. Have had about 12oz the last year. Definitely still eating chicken and fish, they dumber than some plants. Torn about cow, doesnt feel right. I meditate to try to see the wants of the man in the sky and i hope the answer comes to me.

Lamb is disgusting, almost puke everytime.

I hate starbucks, what a scam. But my girlfriend accidently ordered a brown sugar oatmilk expresso. Do like, do want!!!! I am lactose intolerant so hate cow milk and not a fan of almond milk. Tellmemore bout this oatmilk. Tasty.

That would be a fine way to compare two people, but the thread title isn't "ITT we discuss Rich's training and progress." It's about a WFPB diet. So, the apt comparison would be between two similarly capable people with one on an omnivorous diet and one on a WFPB diet.

Also, just so you know, the idea that high cholesterol causes atherosclerosis is merely on hypothesis.

The real cause of atherosclerosis is not definitively known

Woah troll brigade in full force…

Guys the jig is up it’s clear you’re here to troll and there will be no growing or learning going on.

You seem set in your narc ways incapable to be empaths.

I tried.

Good luck in all your endeavors. I just watched a psych video on how social media is an playground of toxicity and narcissistic people. After cutting out Instagram and FB I think it only makes sense to cut out this toxic site as well.

Yeah...I'm surprised he didn't check my log first. If I wanted to know about someone's health and fitness and they had a log in a forum called Health & Fitness, that's a place I'd check.

I agree with all of that. People often switch to veganism or vegetarianism for health motivated reasons, so they also drop a lot of the stuff that was causing them issues while exercising more. Others were health motivated to start, so never had those bad habits (and had the good ones).

Adding to that is the fact that many fail at vegetarianism. It takes dedication and knowledge to get sufficient nutrients. The people who are able to be lifelong vegetarians are not merely plant-eating versions of their SAD (standard American diet) counterparts.

I suspect it's also an absence of healthier choices for people eating the typical standard American diet.

Take someone who regularly has a danish, doughnut and coffee for breakfast, McDonald's for lunch, pizza and beer for dinner, and a some cookies or chips for an evening snack. Are they sick because they eat too much crap or because they eat too little healthy food? I suspect it's a combination of the two, and also believe any well-planned diet -- vegan or not -- would yield very good results in comparison.

Thread got weird. Loco has a formula to determine the longevity of life based on diet, is currently curing cancer, thinks you can't get adequate IAA's from plants, flopheads are talking about aces and jacks, the intelligence level of animals somehow plays a role in whether you should eat them or not, weightlifters are comparing their physiques to non-weightlifters, and loco thinks the reason he loves "brown sugar oatmilk espresso" is because of the oatmilk.

The dynamic is weird. Wrapsody is only capable of posting in an echo chamber. You are okay with some back-and-forth but would probably prefer that everyone ITT was vegetarian or at least seeking to be (but that's limited to this thread...you don't take that to the rest of H&F). ILP is perfectly happy going toe-to-toe with anyone in H&F. He's a zealot, but he understands perfectly how 2+2 works.

The brown sugar oatmilk expresso has less calories from sugar than oatmilk. A little cinnamon and expresso and its close to perfection. Sure sure my preference is probably only 1 pump of brown sugar, but still less than 10g of sugar is okay.

I am a fan and its fully vegan. But too pricey.

Their impossible breakfast sandwich, on the other hand, is a complete fail. Tastes like shiet.

See thats the thing about H&F. We out there grinding everyday, so bunch of LOLs and didaces cant come around and ever fit in. But sure they can go to politics and just make up shiet at that behavioral science. Here, we got to see the grinding to start believing, there is room for your log.

Those brown sugar oatmilk expresso calories were already looked up. They were looked up when i took the first sip. Grinding everyday. And the vegan drink gets my stamp of approval.

Mr wrapsody adds to the ethics. Mr ILP, while a zealot, makes his vegan case. Hey look, i have Greger's book.

What do didace and Lol add to H&F? Sure apples are delicious but Lol likes the wrong one. They add nothing. In fact, they lower their overall power rating in 2p2.

For didace, its understandable. He is a health and fitness dinosaur. But i am very disappointed by the vegetarian ultra runner. Could of been king, instead trolls and yaps nonsense.

You're smart not calling Loco out on fitness without checking his log first. If you think Wrapsody got owned, well, Loco's leaner than I am. But, of course, you actually read logs and don't limit yourself to this train wreck of a thread, so that's not really an issue. Just a heads-up.

being "lean" is not really a marker for health in and of itself

Of course, but it's the best way to describe the difference. Loco is clearly fit.

That's the difference, though. ILP states his case well enough (though he's overly reliant on a single source). Wrapsody tells us what he personally feels and complains when posters question it. In a similar situation, ILP would simply address the questions raised.

Lol at drinking/eating anything where you have to say the word "pump" while placing your order.

Lol at "we're here grinding it out everyday."

H&F logs are for people who need accountability to stay on track. If anyone here reads that comment and thinks to him or herself, "No, I don't need accountability; that's not why I log here" then you're doing it for cock-stroking reasons, which is pointless.

The logging also makes you real.

I remember trashing the live players nonstop in the early 2010s. They were like WTF. But its reality, i had a sample size of millions of hands and a graph that shot straight to the moon. If i was trashing the live players, it was because they were mostly terrible.

Sure, once in a while there is a nugget. But way too rare. Logging is kinda like revealing my poker giraffe graph.

A major problem with forums is removing noise. Look at politics here at 2p2, dumpster grease fire. Because everyone is right and a genius and we wouldnt know reality.

Rich Muny has revealed his poker giraffe. He is ripped at 50+ and makes 4 wheels fly.

I know the forum is dying but thats because the game is solved. The fresh blood will soon run out. But at the end of the day, we still have a strongman champion, a powerlifting world record holder, a future rowing champion, and a future running champion.

And vegans/vegetarians are still welcome. I think we all are beginning to see an issue with animal fat and they brought it up first. And science is starting to back them. Look at processed pork. There is close to zero debate there, that bacon gonna help kill you. And ILP yelling about it all the time.

But then i see ILP's ex pounding vegan cake nonstop on the Gram while carrying an extra 15 in deadweight, and i have to sigh.

Please no potbelly Dr Gregers with man boobs preaching the vegan life.
