I would love to do a free blogspot version of this and monetize it with ads. Feel like I'm a few years away from having the physique to back it up though.
Yeah I remember that. Ultimately I figured it was more work than I was willing to put in, especially because trends seem to be shifting away from text/graphic based content and towards video. And I'm not the right person to run a video based site.
2/2/2019 (Push)
Warmup: Row 500m (1:42.7), 6 sets of various shoulder warmup/activation exercises
Pendlay Row: 65kg x8x5
Various Pulldowns: 5 sets
Chest Supported RD Flyes: 5 sets
Curls: 5 sets
KB Swings: 70lbs x15x5
Work was still really busy last week and I had to do a bunch of travel to boot (Orlando to Chicago to Vegas to Portland) so I couldn't find time to lift. Yesterday's workout was fine though, managed to complete all prescribed 25 sets. Looking to build off that minor victory and continue with linear progression in pendlay row, KB swings, bench, and SSB.
