There's actually an ongoing clinical trial using G4S noodz as treatment for vaginal dryness. FDA approval should be in ~12 months, tops.

I think it's pretty safe to say that my current maintenance calories are right around 4200+, which is pretty fantastic for a future deficit. As can be seen though, I've been pretty lazy the last 6 weeks or so just spinning my wheels. I had initial plans to drop kcals a while back, but then...nah. I'll probably keep it at maintenance through the holidays, then cut in January. Maybe I'll even log a week of training here sometime. Maybe.

Nah, I won't be getting out the sash and heels.

Honestly, I can't imagine a scenario when I look in the mirror and feel confident enough to step on a bodybuilding stage. If I'm not bringing a pro level physique, which I'm not, I can't do it.

Random check-in.

Do something every day in 2019: 36/36 so far.

Mostly two-a-day sessions with afternoon 'cardio' and evening weights.

Currently on week 5 of a cut, which is going swimmingly. A planned 3 more weeks to go.

Bloodwork completed last week, loco would be happy with my T levels.

A few days a week it consists of muay thai/mma/boxing striking. Other days are walking, jump rope, deadmill pushing, etc... Just getting sweaty for 30-60 minutes.

Gotta go up and down to make the gains, it's the only way to really progress. Last pics were 245 @ 7.56%, so it's working it seems.

Well, another 8 week or so mini-cut in the books. Not surprisingly, the math works exactly like it should with regards to weight loss (and weight gain). Who knew?

This weeks kcals ended up a little higher than I wanted, but I was feeling super flat mid-week and decided a pizza would fix that. It did, but the 5000+kcal day bumped my average up a little.
