Well, another 8 week or so mini-cut in the books. Not surprisingly, the math works exactly like it should with regards to weight loss (and weight gain). Who knew?
This weeks kcals ended up a little higher than I wanted, but I was feeling super flat mid-week and decided a pizza would fix that. It did, but the 5000+kcal day bumped my average up a little.
12/24/18-12/30/18 average: 4460kcal - 263.1 lbs; 8.34%
12/31/18-01/06/19 average: 3371kcal - 260.8 lbs
01/07/19-01/13/19 average: 3498kcal - 258.3 lbs; 7.85%
01/14/19-01/20/19 average: 3474kcal - 256.7 lbs
01/21/19-01/27/19 average: 3261kcal - 256.3 lbs; 7.52%
01/28/19-02/03/19 average: 3120kcal - 254.3 lbs
02/04/19-02/10/19 average: 2978kcal - 251.7 lbs; 7.36%
02/11/19-02/17/19 average: 3008kcal - 248.8 lbs
02/18-19-02/24/19 average: 3393kcal - 246.8 lbs; 6.86%
First time with bodyfat calipering in the 6's, so WR. Standard disclaimer:

Back to the grind now, standard reverse coming for the a little while. I should get a nice fake LBM boost coming off the cut, but when you look at the actual numbers, this is the true story:
This was my last bodyfat PR:
08/20/18-08/26/18 average: 3457kcal - 245.4 lbs; 7.19%
And this is my current bodyfat PR:
02/18-19-02/24/19 average: 3393kcal - 246.8 lbs; 6.86%
So basically in 6 months, I've put on just over one pound of muscle. #nattygains
