Well at this level of fatness, for every 3 pounds of fat you gonna lose 1lb lbm. And the ratio will unfortunately be less fat more lbm as you get leaner. So let's just call it 2.2.

Scale reading sounds close enough. Plan is to cut for a while, maybe a month or two while working in more cardio, then mini-cut, mini-bulk in 2-3 week bursts. Right now I just want to get back below 230, which is the "don't look or feel fat" number, where I can run fast etc., and then long-term to 220. But I do not want to lose any strength or muscle. In the past, according to scale readings, I haven't actually lost muscle mass when cutting around this bf%.
Of course, my plans often go out the window, but I make them nonetheless.
