Since MLY said, around 9 months back if I'm recalling correctly, that I had the best body on the forum without even getting independent verification of dick angle, you'd better believe my head has been on a swivel. I've sent one of my employees to Texas in lieu of myself at least three times since she then; can't be too careful.

It also helps that I’ve already “lost” 6 lbs in the first 3 days of my cut. Going to apologize for the lack of a tan and not being very good at posing while taking pics. These are at 241lbs. Scale says 23.5% bf but curious to hear loco's estimate.

So how much would you have to cut to get to ideal bodyfat?

Well at this level of fatness, for every 3 pounds of fat you gonna lose 1lb lbm. And the ratio will unfortunately be less fat more lbm as you get leaner. So let's just call it 2.2.

So if you cut to 200, that would be 30lbs fat 13.6 lbm. That would put you at around 15%. I think I am being generous. We move on, next.

Yeah, I specifically included the "not holding it in" side-pick for your use.

Scale reading sounds close enough. Plan is to cut for a while, maybe a month or two while working in more cardio, then mini-cut, mini-bulk in 2-3 week bursts. Right now I just want to get back below 230, which is the "don't look or feel fat" number, where I can run fast etc., and then long-term to 220. But I do not want to lose any strength or muscle. In the past, according to scale readings, I haven't actually lost muscle mass when cutting around this bf%.

Of course, my plans often go out the window, but I make them nonetheless.

I actually put 41" out there but everybody says I am too negative so I am trying to be a bit more generous and rewrote it When I talk about bodyfat people really think I am ripping them. And I really am not. I am just of the very strong opinion that it has been grossly underestimated by mankind and one day science will vindicate me. But not yet, even dexa with all the new machines is fake as fack. My buddy came in at 20% bodyfat and I was like sorry your machine is fake, it don't even break down BMC. He asked the technician what his BMC was, and he didn't know what that was. Look man, if your Dexa ain't got your bone mineral content for you it's some kind fake as fack machine. That's what dexa does!!! Three compartments!! Fat, bone, lbm!!! Now my buddy thinks I hate him. Nah, just a realist.

Mass monster. Trimming down to 220 sounds like a great idea; I think it's unlikely to require multiple cut/bulk mini-cycles, and should be doable in 6-12 weeks given how much extra fakeLBM I assume you're carrying.

As always, I only use the bf numbers as a metric to gauge progress. It's what I've consistently done year after year, and that gives me precision with my numbers, which is much more important to me than accuracy. Besides, I've got loco to tell me the accurate number.
