Obv I was just trolling so you'd post the vid, . Man, that's looking pretty tight, thick, solid.

And the beard really has been a consistent contributor to your workouts for quite a while now. Should give you plenty of extra strength for recovering from the surgery imo.

:0 I don't remember why I saw this, but in this video you won a bet by front squatting 530lb, which prob wasn't a max effort but still not trivial? Isn't it impressive you've lost so little strength while injured? (Or am I not getting the joke?)

Yea, it is. I was very surprised by how easy the weight was and didn't have any plans to go near that heavy. I think I'm definitely within striking distance of an all-time PR, which I'm quite happy about considering the year I've had.

Also, I know just from watching that 530 video that I'm much stronger in that lift, and probably all around, than I was in 2008. doingitright.jpg I suppose.

So 530 is "semi-strong weight" not a trivial weight. Nice to know you aren't completely superhuman and just mostly superhuman.

lol, 530 is good all the time, My depth is just much better now compared to 2008.

I'm not special, anyone can do what I do. You just have to invest a couple decades. It's the guys that are really strong without investing the time that are the freaks.
