I don't know if we have a whiteboard for weight loss, but 40lbs in 3 months is probably close to the top spot especially at your BW. Maybe YTF might have had run like that, but he was over well over 300lbs to start, so it's not really a fair comparison.
I spent the day going over numbers. It looks to me like I my tdee recently has been around 2500 kcal, based on my recent caloric intake and recent weight loss.
I think I'm going to eat a bit more (try to average 1900 for two weeks and then 2400 for two weeks, rinse and repeat) and increase exercising a bit. I will adjust from there based on feedback from the scale, how much I cry when I see myself naked and how much energy I have for exercise.
The biggest bang for my buck a few months ago was definitely weight loss. Now it is close to even between weight loss and fitness and body composition, I think.
