New job at my company is requiring a lot of 14-hour days with a variable sleep schedule, so very little time and energy for exercising.

The cheeseburger was not nearly satiating enough. I survived, but was far too hungry for the calories I had allotted for the day. Went slightly over.

Today was the final day of my 2 weeks of hard dieting. Not the strongest finish, but I averaged under 1680 kcal / day. I'm hungry and energy is low.
