It is definitely doable. Haven't been that light since before my kid was born. Going to be difficult. I really like fried chicken a lot.

There is an offsetting bet. If my buddy does 50 pushups (same 6 month time frame) and I lose the weight, it is a push.

300 is probably about average.

Average longevity is 61. So it only subtracts 17 years off your life expectancy. This greatly simplified retirement planning, which is a bonus.

Yeah seems about right. I'm not sure that I've ever seen a non-obese truck driver. Clearly the solution to this is to make them unload and load their payloads as part of the job!

You literally cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Loading/unloading a 53' trailer by hand would burn (at best) net one hotdog.

They would be at least be well-conditioned obese people though.

Alternatively, they could stop testing for meth. It is a very useful PED for truckers.
