Once you hit your target weight, are you planning to do anything differently to the previous time? Otherwise one can easily see a scenario where the weight goes back on. I mean, my plan is already to not eat truck stop food 3 times per day. Not sure if logging at this level of detail will be necessary if I can get into a set routine.
Were you as active when you gained the weight prior to your diet? I find it fairly hard to believe that you'd put on weight at less than 3k kcal per day with your current activity level.
