5 days of week 1 hour running on walking and its very difficult to get kilos, if you be a bit carefull with what you eat youl lose in the long run some kilos also

Talking of steps:Go to Rome and race up the Spanish Steps. The fountain at the base is beautiful and at the top is the Trinity dei Monti Church were you can light a candle and say a prayer and all your sins well be forgiven. That’s what I did!

Brian: Always liked your posts in BFI so figured I'd chime in. Plus I'm drunk.

You seem like you've got money. I would recommend you do Cool Sculpting. It's non invasive and for 4 or 5k they just freeze away all your fat cells. I did it a while back and it makes a huge difference. It's an enormous life hack.

Otherwise I think that going heavy on meat and veggies and cutting out sugar flower and baked **** has a lot going for it. Basically just avoid spiking your insulin and good things will happen. There's a guy on Twitter that I follow called PD Mangan, I think he puts out a lot of good stuff, I'd recommend following him and buying his book.

Intermittent fasting also has a lot of science behind it and really works IMO.

And if you want to get f*cked up, drink whiskey straight like a man or smoke weed / take edibles (not sure if that's your thing or not) and stay away from beer.

Also running is great for your overall health but terrible for weight loss. Running is a very inefficient way to burn calories and makes you hungrier than you otherwise would have been had you not run. But it's fantastic for protecting your brain / promoting the growth of new neurons. But just something to be aware of.

any hacks for avoiding the munchies? every time i get stoned I end up balls deep in the pantry for an hour before bed

Week in Vegas was good. Got second Covid shot and had pretty much all the side effects, which sucked for a couple of days and still sucks a little bit.

Hit a deer on my first trip upon returning from vacation, so now I am taking another week or so forced vacation in Phoenix waiting on repairs because no parts are available. Desert deer are apparently a thing.

Walked a lot (by truck driver standards) but only got one full body workout in this week. Hotel has a shitty gym, so I've got that going for me.

I'm up to 192 lbs, so a diet is hopefully around the corner.

It does take away from it a bit that I was down to 178 (dehydrated due to Vegas activities) back in February.

That makes about 12.2 superfluous.
