Do you have a reason for not using My Fitness Pal (or similar)? I find it's quite convenient, and once it has learned your favourite foods, it's not much time to log at all.

You need to keep the daily calorie total at 2000 or less. And add a few more exercises. I can't dictate what you need to do for adjustments - that is your choice. I simple note it for the record in case your heart explodes or you become incapacitated by a stroke. Or simply get run over by a bus crossing the street to buy Chicken tenders.
