The calories are maintenance on purpose. Something or other about maintenance phases making it easier to keep the weight off in the long run. I am not giving full recipes on each line. There are herbs, spices, hot sauce, etc. added to most of the things I eat.
I'll go back to a deficit when I think I'm ready to.
I do like yogurt. Not really sure why I haven't had any in a while...
