wowee, those are some gnarly looking sleep numbers. Makes mine look luxurious in comparison!

It's interesting to me that your sleep 'rating' is higher than mine, despite me sleeping longer - I generally average about 6hrs 20 per week. It looks like you get way more 'deep sleep' than me...I rarely get more than about 50 mins of that per night

I'm usually in or near the benchmark ranges for everything when I'm working. When I'm taking time off, I drink and the ratings look pretty bad. The weekly rating also doesn't count short nights of sleep against you, which it obviously should.

That particular week was me trying to find loads to get me across a lot of USA to visit my son, which meant weird scheduling and a lot of me yelling at dispatchers. I usually average more sleep than you per week, but it varies a ton. Some weeks like that one, others with 7 and a half hours or so per night.

Good God! A sleep score app?! Is there a Sex Score app?! I'm sure there is one somewhere, along with a life style score app and an exercise score app, and blab blab.

If you have trouble sleeping read (or re-read) The Book of Mormon. Chloroform in print, to quote Mark Twain.

The older you become the less sleep you naturally require or should want. The end is nearer and it is unwise to waste time on sleep.

Real manly gusto is what Road Warriors like you require. Good Luck with all that.

Good point. Because there aren't any borders we need to create them, like my 80kg. So 190/195/200, a choice. My red flag would would rise for real at 2kg/5pounds, but not sure what level of "nittery" generally is best. Some, just some freedom may be best.
