Be specific on type of donut! Plain donuts made well at local shop are very different from chocolate covered, with sprinkles, sugar infused and chemically altered rounds of rancid flour, made by Mexican immigrants.

All donuts taste the same to me. They taste fantastic.

When you add that much sugar and fat to anything, it will taste great. For example a dogshiet turd. Try it, it will be delicious.

6' 181 is not bad. Getting close to the point where actual real exercise is going to make more of a difference than losing weight. Sure you still 20%+ bodyfat but then you start looking like you have cancer as you get under 170.

So getting close to gravitating towards real exercise and learning to eat at maintenance. And that's probably 2500 cals and real exercise. That seems reasonable.

Hmmm. I agree that the bigger bang for my buck is training now.

There is absolutely no way my bodyfat is below 20%. Probably 25%+.

I boxed as a welterweight. I don't have the frame or the ability to gain enough muscle to be anywhere near 180, but I should probably take a long-ish diet break anyway.

Calves still sore as **** from a whopping 7 minutes of skipping rope a few days ago. Once upon a time, I'd skip for 30 minutes as a ****ing warmup. It is going to be a long slog to get into decent shape since I got a long way to go AND my recover is absolute ****.
