Had some slight discomfort in my low back today and was a bit nervous but never felt anything odd while lifting today. Did dial back the weight on cheat rows to avoid pushing it, and just basically made them slower eccentrics than usual.
This low-stress workout is kinda fun, but I need to move things out so I get a day between deadlifts and rows.
