Took some video and will try to upload later. Front squats started rounding around the fifth rep and I just didn't feel like dealing with the scrunched fingers and wrists again on the 3rd set. May need to progress by sets of 3 from here, or use the 5/3/1 format for front squats.
Deadlifts felt easy--I don't think front squats hurt me very much for them so going to make this combo the second weekly leg day and do HBB squats on the other.
Anderson's were light but...hard.
