Only thing I did today is hit balls at lunch. Went pretty well. I wish the software would allow me to take a sample of my best drives rather than just me picking what I perceive to be the best. But I know what I’m looking for in terms of club speed so w/e.
Pattern seems to be that my best drives before doing SSP training are in the 111mph range with the distribution 109-111 or so.
Best one today before SSP training was actually relatively slow but all the variables are pretty spot on (basically spin rate and smash factor)
After SSP my numbers have been jumping considerably. Usually 2-3 mph which equates to 7-8 yards more. My distributions also seem to be tighter so that’s good.

I’m primarily focused on the club head speed but I probably need to focus on spin rate at some point. It has a huge impact on the distance and I’m clearly not optimizing
