When I did high school track all of the guys who were big/fast/good vertical jumpers/explosive absolutely sucked at any distance above 400m. The muscle that provides mass/sprint speed/explosiveness is type II fiber (specifically type IIb) which is absolutely worthless in aerobic activity and would just be dead weight.
If it was humanly possible to accomplish this feat it would probably have to be done by someone who weighs under 200 lbs and was pretty lean, but that would make the bench press part impossible I suppose.
