It would be much cheaper for you, since two days for me would be a whole week's worth of calories for you.

Lol, that's not what I eat 95% of the time, but you know that.

My daily is well noted there. Chicken, rice, beef or turkey, fruits and veggies. It's INCREDIBLY simple.

think my general food bill scales pretty close to G4S's at 2400 cals a day. Similar food choices. Chicken, potatoes, eggs, fruit, veggies, oatmeal, cheese, etc.

I know lol...just playing around

I spend a lot on $3 Noosa yogurts, $5 Baby Bell cheese and I buy a lot of expensive berries for my daughter...about $20 a week.

Fresh Salmon is currently $8.99/lb here and I also get sushi for $24 to share with my daughter.

Not too concerned with my grocery bill and moresoe the cost of eating out. Im cutting out the $25+/week for sodas and switching to tea though.

I eat almost 700kcal of fruit a day, I understand that part. The cheese...just don't buy it.

But as far as eating out, here's what you do to save tons of money on that front...

DON'T EAT OUT.

You eat an enormous amount of dairy, which has long been known as a good way to gain weight.

I believe calories cause weight gain....

Forgot to put that I'm still doing yoga and meditation every night. I'm having some crazy dreams, but the meditation seem to be helping with my mood and outlook. Who knows though, coul just be my cycle or an upswing.

Glad to hear you're sticking to the meditation. FYI most of the brain and outlook benefits keep getting better and become persistent after 3 months of near daily meditation, even if you stop at that point.

:Thumb: I'll stick with it.

I did this guided meditation last night and it was pretty good. It's a little weird, but the floating sensation stuff is pretty relaxing.

sausage mcmuffin has 70 fewer calories
10-17-2018 , 11:05 AM
It was homemade. The McMuffin is pretty good though and would be a nice substitute.

I obviously didn't log those days. I am assuming I was at maintenance as I have not gained. Short term goal really just needs to be logging everyday and getting my routine down again.

I'm thinking of you today. We have some guys from Switzerland in the plant this week. All the Swiss I have worked with are always so so friendly and personable.

Ha ha ha, sick burn!
10-17-2018 , 01:35 PM
They all look the same.

Don't really see how Fabian recovers from this, tbh.

It must be so hard.

"I obviously didn't log those days."

Goes straight to the legends of 2+2.

MLYLT,

Obviously.

I agree about your short term goal btw.

I was thinking you were in Switzerland lol....don't know why, I even learned a swedish phrase to say to you one time haha
10-17-2018 , 05:36 PM
MLYLT,

Yeah, Sweden and Switzerland can seem pretty similar I guess

mly wears suede on sweetest day, while swearing from a swingset.

I'm eating at Chili's tonight. Having the ancho salmon. I have a free kids meal from when I went on mother's day. It was so nice, they gave the single mother that came in a couple of free kids meal coupons with some others. Anyway, I've been feeling angry all day since I got to work and I've been struggling with complaining all day....gonna try to do better tomorrow. I asked if the company would pay for me to get my PE liscense (app fee and PE exam fee) about $430, their response was that PE wasn't required for my position so they wouldn't pay like a y other company would. This kind of pissed me off more than it should have and I would just getting pissy with everything in general all day.

I noticed that after work and being pissy all day all I could think about was eating. I want some chocolate cake, chicken and waffles, fried chicken, a big juicy bacon cheeseburger.....baaah, I'm resisting and having the salmon and trying to differentiate my pissy mood and actually being hungry.
