My tracking app isn't working...here is today's log:

2 Noosa yogurts (big ones) blueberry and lemon 9:00, 11:00

4.25oz roasted chicken, 1 can carrots 12:45

2-packs instant apple oatmeal

3oz roasted chicken, 1 cup peas

1 blueberry beagle, 2tbs strawberry cream cheese

Holy ****. Is that supposed to be a dip or what? Id significantly reduce the amount of cream cheese and ranch but it has an appeal to it.

I think its a dip...looks disgusting to me.

Here are yesterday's calories. I had a couple bites of tuna fish, so added that in.

I think I'm going to revive my spreadsheet as it helped me stay focused.

Be careful with this. I doubt she's actually "hungry."

You don't want to enable the same bad habits you've struggled with. I've really focused on that with my daughter (bc I remember being a kid and lying about being hungry) and she's now 15 with pretty great eating tendencies.

Your background could definitely cloud the issue. Best of luck.

Eating tuna is obviously great, eating out of boredom or (primarily) pleasure isn't. The tuna can easily change to other items when she has some autonomy.

Got my complete blood count back today.
A few things high and my ammonia levels were 3x normal.
Googled everything in the CBC that are high and all results are Leukemia....baah

I still haven't been scheduled for the MRI or spinal tap and my next appointment with the neurologist isn't until the 27th

I recall when your pee was very brown, or something like that. Have you mentioned that to your doctor and what kind of kidney tests have you had?

I mentioned that and that I have to really think hard to pee at times.


About 4 yrs ago I was peeing dark dark orange and having bad pain...worse than labor pains. I went to the emergency room and they did an MRI of my liver looking for a abscess. Didn't find anything and then scheduled me to have my gallbladder removed.

What kind of infection makes your face go numb?

I know this will sound defensive and isn't a good look. I also know you are just asking a simple question with no ill intent, but jeeze it seems like someone has a problem with anyway I try to log.

I post just macros... What I ate isn't shown and can't be right

I post what I ate....no app log with calories, no pictures, can't be right

I post screen shots of my log...why don't you just post macros

I post my spreadsheet....why are you doing that, just log calories

MLYLT,

You should actively be disregarding anything EV says and strive to do the opposite. You two are about as polar opposite on the diet/food spectrum as is possible.

You should absolutely, definitely, post actual logs, meaning quantities, calories, etc. The reason for that is that you are really bad at logging accurately (sometimes through laziness/not caring, sometimes through magic little lies, sometimes through bad luck), and people can't help you correct these things if it's just a random list of words and numbers that may or may not be made up.

You should sometimes post pictures of what you eat, again so people can help you get a more accurate log. This does not mean pictures of bananas, it (mostly) means pictures of the numerous fast food meals you eat where you are then too lazy to find an accurate way of logging it and just go with some generic burger from some other fast food chain (just as an example). Basically, if you're not sure how to log something accurately, a picture and a description of what you ate helps us help you find something more appropriate to log.

Macros are automatically posted when you post an accurate log. That's fine/whatever, don't worry about it.

The spreadsheet is accurate when you consistently post accurate logs. That's fine/whatever, don't worry about it.

I don’t really follow your log but I’m assuming your letting these guys get to you. Take it with a grain of salt, they know every detail about nutrition but they are fat lol. In any case my point was that the food u eat I care nothing about just about macros. As long as you log accurately and consistently you will never fail. Now if you rather eat more calories while “eating healthy” and complain about weight/ nothing you can do I would say log it all because you are wrong/ only macros matter in that particular instance.
