That was a pumpkin and cheesecake muffin.
A lot of emotions going on today. I told myself I could just buy those and have a bite out of each and not just gorge .
Last night I was emotional so I went out and got a cherry pie and some sugar free jello. I told myself "It's better than two cherry pies." while I ate the whole thing and gave the wife the jello. I also told myself this was "fair".

Learn to be suspicious of your internal monologue, is what I'm saying.

I really don't think this is right - I think a whole maple glazed donut would be 250-300 on it's own, no way would half of one be 250.

No idea on the pumpkin cheesecake thing but that seems high too.

lunch today...before and after
Playing poker and this was a free meal at the casino.
Couple of bites of the potatoes and 2 bites of pancakes.

Friday 10/19 log:

Sat 10/20 log:
This is how I logged that meal. I had a ****ty breakfast and was incredibly moody this morning. I'm gonna call it quits on eating for the rest of the day and try to go on a hike.

Considering 289 g of fat is 2601 calories by itself, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that some of your entries are from less than accurate sources.

Quadruple cheeseburger **with fries**

I'm just excited for the triumphant return of jelly.

MLYLT,

What ended up happening to the rest of those donuts?

K, thanks. I'll look up the correct one and fix it.
Yeah, it's Terrace View. Glad they started comping there instead of the gross buffet.

I actually prefer the buffet comps, the kiddos like to do the buffet. I don't think their buffet is bad, it's not amazing, but solid IMO.

I thiiiiiink Terrace View has the calories listed on their menu.

I didn't see the calories listed. I could order off of the preferred breakfast and lunch menu, so it might have been different from their standard menu. I think I remember them doing the steak and eggs for $2 from like 2am-6am....it was great for poker weekends.
I never use my buffet comps anymore and just use my poker comp for the New York burgers.

I didn't mean it like that. It was more of I can't believe sweets have that many calories *shakes fist

I still browse the bakery items Everytime I go to Walmart and read all the calories just to be mad they are so high in cals.

Thanks for this. My internal monolog towards food is warped and full of excuses. I've really noticed this with my $100 in cash going out to eat and saying all kinds of crazy/stupid things to myself to have reasons to use my debit card. Like, "this Starbucks is in the grocery store so technically I can use my grocery budget and not my cash budget for this coffee"

Meal today....not sure how will eat anything else today.
That's spinach+pasta+smoked mozzarella...about 1.5cups

Yeah I was the same last couple times I was there, and thought I remember seeing it, because I remember weighing choices based on it, but I may be misremembering.

Yeah the steak and egg breakfast for $2 was the goods ha.

Are you going to Choctaw for WSOPC?
10-21-2018 , 06:32 PM
Yeah. I'm going to play the women's ring event on Nov 3rd. You going to be there that weekend?
