How does this relate to H&F?
How many calories did I burn in 10hrs sanding and 14hrs of painting?

I had fast food and lean cuisines all weekend. On a positive note, it's now habit to remove two buns from my double cheeseburgers and eat monster burgers.
I'm going to really try to do better this week when I'm going to work on the house every night.

I forget how old Aidan's kid is, but I figure the kid is young enough that it will be a good long while before Aidan is going get arsed up to play enforcer. I'm good with that, though, as I find this all quite entertaining.

Honestly, Aidan having a baby is one of the best things that could have happened to MLYLT. I hope she at least sent a gift.
