You rack the bar really high on press. Perhaps I should try this strategem.

i think it's mostly anthropometry. i just can't get it lower without pulling my elbows back, and then my forearms aren't vertical.

If I can even move the bar this high from my rack position I have essentially completed the lift.

I haven't lifted in 2 weeks because I've been competing in long drive competitions.

Today I go to deadlift 495lb and video it, and **** if it wasn't harder than I thought it'd be. I tore a callous at lockout so it's kind of ugly and not quite legit. I'll give it another go in a week or two.

did this cindy crossfit thing about 2 mins ago, felt like doing something as i was a lazy ass today and didnt go to the gym and got a bar and stuff in my house + its 3am.

Mnaged to do 20 rounds in 19:45. Was planning on trying to squeeze out 21 if i could but instead of taking less than a minute by halfway i was talking progessively more than a minute. Still 20 for a first attemtps seems pretty good.

10 minute 24 kg snatch test: 230 reps

i hit my RKC snatch test of about 90-95 reps in about 3:20

will try the long cycle sometime soon, pls put the 40kg OALC on the whiteboard! so ISF, Roota(when he gets healthy) and I will have something to battle over

Heh that was my plan as well; I will have to make sure I'm a few wod's ahead of you to give me a chance to have top times on a few of these.

I did Karen with an asterisk (45lb bar thruster, I have never done it as rxed, so I'm not sure if this is easier or harder) in 8:36. Not sure if we can count wods with subs.

Before any records were up i thought 15-20 pull ups was quite impressive and with practice i could manage that. Looking at the records though don't know how the hell some1 can do 47 reps.

i just give them the eyes in my avatar and head fake them. but really, no, there are never employees in the weight room. one time someone came up to tell us to lower the weight slower on our deadlifts, but it wasn't even us making the noise.

Since it somehow makes it to the list, 180 kg deadlift yesterday. I did 100 kg bench in my speed training too, just to get some numbers on the list. And 5 pullups... lol lol lol lol lol. And now I have noted most of my training.
