, but i think i can actually do more now. i'm coaching the crossfit coaches at the affiliate close to me pretty soon, so maybe i'll be able to get some numbers for everyone. i would also be willing to post numbers and prop bet anyone who doesn't believe me.
also i think the best KB event is OALC with a 40kg bell.
