Alright well my video camera isn't working because the battery isn't charged, so I'll have to use my phone which isn't HD, but it will still work fine I think.

It's alright, my time on this will get better and then I'll get some hi def shots of it then.

Edit: I also might try to do a couple of standing jumps after the run. I don't think there is a category for this yet, but I'll try and do it in case we get one for it.

Wow massive fail here. The fail was either how much I suck at sprinting or me figuring out what 100m was. I came in at a whopping 19.19 seconds. My video on my phone stopped recording at 2 minutes so I didn't even get any of it. I think I am going to go to the college where I'm pretty sure I know where 100m is, but we'll see if I come up with a dif time.

Lame

Updated the whiteboard with the Intermediate Strength Standards Club. Miles, Assani, post your weights and I'll add you.

re; C2 Discussion. I've found setting the damper to 10 gives me the fastest times. But I only really sprint and I'm also fairly big. I recommend everyone just play around with the setting shading to a higher damper for shorter efforts and vice versa. Someone post a 500m so I can beat it mwahhaah.

Alright, I'm not going to the college today, I'm going to go on one of my days off, probably tomorrow or the next day. However, I am about to go try to run 400m. I'm pretty sure I can't beat you smiley if you ran 1:01 because I was barely on pace to tie that if I was doing it right at the track. But anyway, 400m is just one lap on the inside lane right?

I'll go run and do that at the track right next to my house. Brb.

.
didn't see there was also a 5RM for bench. I tried 3 x 5 x 270, and I didn't complete all 3 sets, but I did get the first set of 5. So that counts, right? If not, then 265.

Decided to make things only count if they were done from Aug. 27th onward. Partially to prevent "well I squatted 450 in HS - could probably do 415 now" kind of things, and also so the whiteboard will be ever changing. More fun.

Also, I just want to see whether you can lift things that aren't cannonballs.

I do my overhead press with dumbbells and have done 5 reps 150 lbs within the last week(75 lb dumbbells). I have no opinion on whether or not this should count though.....will be fine with the judges' decision either way.

i hpc'ed 265 a couple months ago , but i think i can actually do more now. i'm coaching the crossfit coaches at the affiliate close to me pretty soon, so maybe i'll be able to get some numbers for everyone. i would also be willing to post numbers and prop bet anyone who doesn't believe me.

also i think the best KB event is OALC with a 40kg bell.

Assani, dumbells are just too sketchy with ROM. Rock the barbell for a day man!

Both are up. Whats your bodyweight so I can put you in the barbell club section (this goes for everybody if you want to be listed there).

Good call on OHS. I'll add them to the Crossfit stuff.
