What is the muscle-up standard for the whiteboard? Most in a row without coming off the rings?

Noob question.

Rowing is on a rowing machine right? So do all rowing machines have a standard maximum resistance? and is this what you use for whiteboard?

cool, confusing but cool ty

going to try and do the 100 burpees, maybe tommorrow. Will post up a video of me doing burpees first to make sure im not doing something wrong and will also post my attempt.

No idea if i will be any good but seeing as my football (soccer) is off tommorrow and there is only 1 score on the board i feel like i may as well.

I notice that your back gets really round on those pistols (mine would be even worse btw).

is that just unavoidable without sick flexibility? do you have any concerns about injury with this or is the load not enough to make it risky?

I'm sure there are some that can do pistols in full extension...No way I can. And yeah, the load is nowhere near enough to cause problems afaik. I do pistols like once a year though, really bother my knees.

500lb deadlift today. That's all the weight I can fit on my bar at home. First time hook gripping a deadlift. Hurts like hell but I might be stronger this way versus a mixed grip. It was dark outside so I'll get a vid next time.
