and nope, never had a log mainly because my training is pretty ******ed and people would make fun of it for total lack of system. Also I did a cold DL with 225 this past summer in Poland at the 2015 JWWC training hall although it's cheating b/c it's a women's bar and it's super easy.Also, what do I have to do here exactly...
