I was feeling really tired last night. Not enough calories for the day even though I was completely full after the salad. My daughter skipped gymnastics due to a hurt wrist and I skipped the gym.

A guy at work gave me a bowl of his homemade soup at lunch today that I had with my prepped lunch. Good macros. I had this because I did not have my oats today.
I'll start prepping double the protein for lunches to have more energy for exercise after work next week and lighten up on dinners. Getting around the same amount of calories consumed, but higher energy levels through 7pm.

The meds have also made me woozy/tired today, and I'm randomly crying in normal conversation. I'll start taking them after work and bedtime through the adjustment period so I can function at work.

Dinner tonight, fresh sushi from a local grocery store. My first time trying the crunchy type one...it was meh and I didn't like the sauce that much. I got too full to eat the spicy tuna roll. Will probably have it for a morning snack.

These log pictures are terrible. Log daily calories, maybe with a macro breakdown. I can't find a single day's full calories since this started.

And that's 2000 calories of sushi so maybe thats why you were full after 1400 of it.
Just get that rainbow roll and then eat some more protein (sashimi if you rich like me).

Loco, the idea was to show final calorie counts having set daytime meals and fluctuating dinners. Since I have deviated from that I will show full logs from yesterday and today. The pics are for comparison with calorie counts and to help me not miss anything.

I had an obligatory work lunch at a buffet today. This was my plate. My daughter will probably have my last prepped meal for dinner tonight.

It would've been rude not to have partaken.

I don't work for clowns dancing in a circus anymore and this wasn't a matter of refusing a pizza given to me to eat in the break room by myself.

It was an obligatory lunch meeting.

Or maybe only one piece of fried whatever that is? And half of the other stuff? I'm always amazed at how much food fatties put on their plates and think it's normal.

Yes, I could have chosen to only have one peice of fried catfish. I just did the log and those are about 200cals each. I did try to fill half the plate with green beans.
I will have a better plan the next time I eat here.

This is a place that we have been going to no less than twice a week and I was getting half a plate of mashed potatoes+gravy and Mac n cheese, roast beef/fried chicken/fried catfish(whatever the meat is that day), a big plate of salad with about a cup of blue cheese dressing and a cup of shredded cheese, a cup of bread pudding, and a cup of blackberry cobbler.....2X A WEEK! The other days I was having a giant Philly cheesteak covered in grease and melted cheese, Mexican food multiple times a week, and then WHOLE pizzas for dinner.

I went two entire weeks of eating a medium Domino's pizza in addition to a Buffalo Blue Cheese Sandwich by myself for dinner each night.

Gotta learn self-control, M.

Is it really difficult to fill your plate with vegetables?

I'm working on it too.

I'm playing a poker tournament tomorrow, only 1hr away from home. If I final table or win, I will get home around midnight-1AM.
I need to have a plan ready for food next week though. I'm thinking I will get up early tomorrow and make a quick soup with ground turkey meat and veggies that will last through Wed. I will probably be traveling to Dallas on Fri so I can cook some meat balls and sauce with veggies (no pasta) for Thurs+Fri lunches.
I can grab some fresh salmon to cook for dinners.

I know I have caught a lot of flack about playing poker a lot and constantly driving to Dallas, but a lot has changed the last couple of years. I now drive to Dallas 1 weekend every couple of months for about a year now and I will play a tournament series about every 4 months. I don't do cash games anymore and never really liked playing cash anyway. I also am not traveling for work all the time and have only had to travel once last year for my new job. Life is so so much better having a steady routine, and it has helped me so much mentally.

I only final tabled in two tournaments last year, so I'm hoping for a big win tomorrow!

Starting 269
Weight 266.6
Week 1 loss: 2.4lbs

I also lost roughly 3lbs the previous week when I started on the protein shakes and made dinners.
I have to go back through my old logs, but I can't ever remember losing 5-10lbs in a week of water weight from switching from crap food to just meat and veggies. I was really hoping to see a big drop this week, but I guess I just don't ever get that magic water weight drop lol.

Med Notes:

-8hrs 16mins sleep, very bad emotional dreams-scared/guilt/shame, vivid dreams again

-feeling a little euphoric this morning, calm, peaceful

-feet numbness, verigo (had feet numbness yesterday)

I'm really hoping this moodiness I'm feeling every day goes away in a couple of weeks, this isn't my typical moodiness. I'm generally very very patient with my daughter and children and last night I was not.
The meds are really just an experiment for every person they are used on. It's like, "well we know it can do this in some people, be we don't know how the **** it does it"
It's really funny to read 'it's not really understood how the drug works other than it inhibits such and such receptors and slows xy and z activity, some patients experience this while others experience that' lololol

I know you're resistant to switching apps, but whatever that is is clearly awful.

Assuming "in the zone" means like, you ate the appropriate calories IN, the band is somewhere between your Sunday and your Thursday values, which is too tight for it to be meaningful (like, those seem like a 1900 "Under" and a 2100 "Over" value. Why is that useful? Also, why no presentation of either the target or the full "zone" band?

Also, there's no easy presentation of the deficit number (throwing out the entire notion that "calories out" is generally a net negative thing to track for most people). Why would they not present "net" for either days or the time window shown? Would be nice to bang that up against pounds lost, as you know.

Meh, whatever. Welcome back. Keep rackng up days under 2100c or 2000c and you'll lose tons of weight (again).

I'm using Fitbit now, got a Fitbit watch finally (locos got lost in the mail a couple of years ago after he addressed it to "MLYLT" lol). I switched over from Spark People after those biatches deleted all my years of data and were like "sorry, we can't retrieve it".

They are calculating my Cal's out based on heart rate throughout the day, body weight, and height. I'll compare their numbers with my logged Cal's and lbs lost to see what I get. Shouldn't have much error in food logging errors as most of the food was prepped and weighed.
