205.1 this morning ~10lb loss for March
I'm excited to get under 200lbs, but the excitement is just not the same as the first go round still. Was in some pics at a wedding this weekend and it's the first time that I've noticed any sort of change in body shape/weight since losing again. I'm mostly seeing a lot of fat still.
I think mid 2022 I'll need skin removal surgery on my stomach and arms, I'm going to start saving for that,gonna cost me around $800 a month for the next year....no bikini body this summer :/
1.5months of long drives until I can get into a good exercise/cooking/meditation/ enjoyment routine. I have managed to cook a couple of times a week with being tired and getting home late so I know I can do it after the move.
I'm still meditating every morning and have been skipping nights from just wanting to watch a show, meeting with people, having to do stuff around the house, and looking for a new place to live. I noticed a difference and will try to do at least 10mins a night next week.
One crazy thing that I've realized since starting meditation is that I hear the birds singing, I can't ever recall hearing birds throughout my days. I also have a lot more introspection and self awareness. My awareness in general has increased.
