I did get some zero cal vitamins waters(on accident), meh...maybe I do just want the kool-aid flavor and am coming up with excuses to have it.
Prepped some snacks for work. Made deviled eggs and steak last night.

Yeah until you start drinking 5 a day.

Drinking cals is just a leak. #1 fat person leak. I bet I drank like 800 cals of sweet tea and sprite and **** during college. Not to mention booze. Guess what I was fat.

I view it as directly stealing cals from my eating actual food budget, which seems fairly insane. Also insane to even consider when 0/~0 cal options exist that are good. Otherwise if you don't compensate by eating less then you weren't very serious about the cals budget.

Thanks, and yeah liquid cals are the #1 fatty donk choice.....I should know better by now.

205.1 this morning ~10lb loss for March
I'm excited to get under 200lbs, but the excitement is just not the same as the first go round still. Was in some pics at a wedding this weekend and it's the first time that I've noticed any sort of change in body shape/weight since losing again. I'm mostly seeing a lot of fat still.
I think mid 2022 I'll need skin removal surgery on my stomach and arms, I'm going to start saving for that,gonna cost me around $800 a month for the next year....no bikini body this summer :/

1.5months of long drives until I can get into a good exercise/cooking/meditation/ enjoyment routine. I have managed to cook a couple of times a week with being tired and getting home late so I know I can do it after the move.

I'm still meditating every morning and have been skipping nights from just wanting to watch a show, meeting with people, having to do stuff around the house, and looking for a new place to live. I noticed a difference and will try to do at least 10mins a night next week.
One crazy thing that I've realized since starting meditation is that I hear the birds singing, I can't ever recall hearing birds throughout my days. I also have a lot more introspection and self awareness. My awareness in general has increased.

Now that will be some motivation for me to cut out sweets!

Yesterday I ate:
-1- premeir protein shake
-3.5 cheese sticks (sonic)
-.5 chocolate fried pie
-.5 small pork chop, beans, pasta(small plate below)
-mini chocolate ice cream cone
-.5 vitamin water

I cooked dinner last night; just need to start eating leftovers for lunch.
My kid has started to get really chunky and I've got to cut out the fast food+pizza at night and start cooking for her and myself.
Yesterday we had Chinese, last week was subway and pizza.

So I've got to make some more big descions. The Plant Manager from the contract job reached out to me today and wants me to come back....the same plan of working under him till his retirement and moving into the Plant Manager role.

My current boss is being really sketchy. He already thinks I'm his replacement and he is trying hard to get rid of me, keeping me off of conferences, not letting me speak to people in the group, telling people at this location that I'm not being useful and there isn't a need for me there....eeeh. He is being all out paranoid and was telling me Friday that he told the CEO he hated to bring someone in and lay them off in two months because there was no work for them to do. I knew it would be a tough situation going in and I have been working to do what the COO ask, but this man is insane to work with. I really like the actual job, but it feels like I've stepped into one helluva bear trap here. If I don't get a clear indication that he is going to get the boot, I won't be working in close proximity to him, or something along those lines I may have to take the other guy up on his offer. The downside will be a massive pay cut and not living in Dallas with code3. I don't mind continuing with the sell of my house as I will make a good profit right now and could live in my sisters house, so that won't be an issue.

I really want to swim laps in my pool before I sell, but I dropped my toothpaste on the cold water nozzle in the shower the other day and almost died, I don't think I could handle the temp the next two months.

Code3 got me sick 27, so I'll have three good days of not eating. You better get your cottage cheese diet.

I know it's just from being sick+period and I've got a week or more to go, but I still got excited seeing the 200 on the scale this morning.

While being in bed most of the weekend I was able to get a lot of long meditation sessions in. My arms and hands started shaking involuntarily one time, I was listening to a drum beat and I started shaking to the beat, kinda freaked me out. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've also discovered that I can get into the same trans state as I do when reading a book, but this is way cooler. When I'm reading a book my mind completely forgets I'm reading and I'm just in the world/scene like I'm watching a movie but actually there and can feel/smell/hear/see everything. The same is happening during meditation except there is no script and things are just happening around me....kinda like I'm lucid dreaming.

Today was the first time in about 15years I've seen less than 200lbs on the scale!

I know it will go back up a little before I settle under 200, but it's still exciting.

~50 more lbs to go. When I get settled in Dallas in 6 weeks it will be time to start up a gym routine, possibly swimming and running to lose the rest.
