I have never seen a truly atrocious day by you, you hide instead and "forget" to log. That defeats the whole purpose of logging.

We all have really bad days. Downtown talked about going to dinner and having a gallon of red wine, that day was probably a bomb. YTF logged an 8800 calorie day (no joke). He is dead by the way.

A few months ago I had about 4 large IPAs, 3 margaritas, 500 calories candy, 4 super big tacos, a steak and dessert. Probably some chips and salsa too (I was in Mexico).

Shiet happens, we get on track the next day. Those that don't, die by death row diet.

I am indeed liking this start.

What about some daily steps now? Start with 5000 a day and pump it up to 10000 over a few month period. Take the kid to the park for momma and baby walks. Or just walk on the treadmill on an incline and read a book.

I believe it!

I'm waiting on the research for diet sodas causing nerve damage. I'm still drinking them, but a hell of a lot less than I did over the last couple of years.

Today I was all over the place emotionally. I was triggered a few times, was feeling furious, then calm, then happy, then mad, then crying. Goddammit I just want to feel normal.

I know it's too soon to tell if the meds are working and I need to give it two weeks and try to get through the initial side affects, but it really ****ing feels like they are making me worse.

My feet are numb everyday. I have a rash on my face and chest and I feel on freaking edge.

I had a protein shake, ate **** from a gas station from lunch, and skipped dinner yesterday. I was feeling moooooody and tired all day.

The sun is out, hopefully it's a better day.

If you have/had a piece of fruit you could eat that. Then you will have eaten a piece of fruit.

Here are my Cholesterol values from last week. Not bad, but I can lower the LDL. My HDL used to stay around 34-37 two years ago...don't know what it was before, probably pretty awful before I started losing weight and ate 100% fast food.

I took two complete doeses of meds today. Moody early today and I'm feeling okay. Good freaking god it has been a whirl wind this last week and always is with any freaking meds.
It was bad the last couple of days.

I'm pretty sure my coworker thinks I'm batshit crazy at this point.
I was in his office doing a calculation on his whiteboard and he had to say, "woah MLY, you're yelling at me" I just said something like "the damn velocities" and walked out. I had just been in his office yelling the day before.

This is why it's so ****ing hard to try to function "normally" and get stabilized on meds. You turn crazier than you already freaking are.

Toparimate and Gabapentin.
The Gabapentin was a miracle drug before with the nerve pains and made me feel amazing....it also made me gain a lot of weight. I think the Toparimate is ****ing with me this time. I still have the shocking in my left ear and shoulder/arm nerve pain real bad.

The last drug I tried was Effexor....highly ****ing addictive, I'm anti addictive anything. It didn't help with any nerve pain and messed with my head too much.

I've tried most of the mood stabilizers and it's just about impossible to find the right dosing where I can actually function at work without having to immediately fall asleep. Latuda and Lithium have worked on a couple of my siblings, but one is on disability for bipolar and the other has a flexible schedule so they can deal with the sleeping side affects.

You can't really get stabilized on meds and have a job, so I have to take something in the middle that will give me some relief without affecting my work.

Well everything looks fine and 3.5 pounds in two weeks is solid and you will probably get a woosh soon.

But I am watching you. This week you only posted your worse day (Wednesday) and then magically posted a great Monday but not til Sunday.

The people prefer daily logs from you. Later on, you can give us weekly logs. And up the protein. Let's get some lean protein recipes in here (regular egg and egg white omelette, that soup you made or chili, stuffed peppers, etc etc).
