Jeez, I buy popsicles at the grocery store and they're only 35 calories each. That'd be a smarter choice than heavy snow cone syrup. Also, are you saying you used 3 tablespoons of butter to cook 2 eggs? Or did you put butter, PB, and jelly on your toast?

Butter in spinach, butter for sweet potatoes, and butter toasting my wheat bread.


I have been indulging too much with the snow cones and coffee creamer. I'm going to buy a shaved ice machine and make my own snow cones w/o all the sugar and when the creamer runs out I'm going to use a 45cal whipped cream in my coffee.

No exercise yesterday. I was sore and into a good book so I just reclined all day and read.

LOL, I've been avoiding making any comment about the egg pics but that one was the final straw. MLY, is that seriously the way you like your eggs cooked? How do you order your eggs when you go to a restaurant?

I haven't attempted to eat a runny yoke egg since I was pregnant when I had an embarrassing projectile vomiting fit after taking a bite of one. I may have PTSD from it and have a fear of not getting the yoke completely done.

Also, I was 236.5 this morning. One measly pound, but I'll take it considering I blew out my back like 3 weeks ago and am still hobbled. Still eating too many breads(RIP ytf) and had a couple/three BIG beer days hanging out on patios.

It's funny, I built a patio and moved tons of cobblestone, peastone, and rock dust, and then blew my back out moving a ****ing tomato plant from a table to the deck. Picked it up, turned around to place it on the deck...and *POP*. Fml.
