Not quicker than previous weight lost, but quick enough when I get back to a deficit to not be worried about 10lbs gained in exchange for quiting smoking.

One thing he will want included in future videos is a shot floor to ceiling above your scale to make sure you don't put the scale under a pull up bar or something, I imagine.

I'm still not eating at a deficit and still having withdrawals. I screwed up and smoked 3 cigerettes last night. I bought them after going to Wataburger for honey butter chicken biscuits....baaah.

I'm still at 280cigs not smoked and $100saved. No smoking today and never again. I have to stay away from stores for a month.

I also have got to spend some time finding recipes. I've got a lot of leaks and one is just not knowingy recipes that I like. I still cook chicken in a marinade that Monte posted some years back, make salmon, stuffed peppers and can cook a delicious steak but that's it for dinners.

I'm also getting my sleep schedule fixed so I can get back to a study/exercise schedule. When my sleep schedule got jacked up, everything got jacked up.

I also have an interview tomorrow with the last company that ghosted me. I was told that the manager was on vacation and that they were interviewing another guy. Guess he didn't work out and I'm their third choice. I was told they made an offer to someone else before interviewing me and he didn't take it. I'm put off a bit because I'm the third choice and was ghosted. I am seeing red flags as well aaabecause they have had two ppl not accept an offer already, so going into the interview is meha.

A lot of excuses itt. If I were you, I'd start listening to the ****ing person who used to be in your shoes but now has some visible abs.

This weakness and excuse making is ****ing disgusting.

I could give you about 10 rules that could lead you to visible abs in two years with no loose skin, but you'd rather think you know what's best for you or listen to other people who were never morbidly obese smokers with mental health issues that were raised by ****ing wolves.

Last offer, because I'm on the verge of never reading this weak **** again. It makes me sick to my stomach. ****ing fast food biscuits and cigarettes!!! WTF?!?!?!!!!!!
