This is what I had for breakfast yesterday in conjunction with a protein shake. I had two grilled chicken sandwiches from Dairy Queen at 310cals each on the way home, got up in the middle of the night and ate a banana and 2oz of smoked salmon....I had this insane urge to eat around 2AM. I couldn't get my heart rate down and I was eating those like a ravenous rat..or pregnant lady.

2 tomatoes
3tbs balsamic vinaigrette
