Pointy elbows level of weirdness.
there's no honing in on, that's definite projection
i wouldn't ever date a woman who I felt was overweight and if you're not overweight you will have one, it's no different than if i said i wouldn't date a girl with a big gut etc
over 2/3s of americans are overweight, if we isolate to people outisde urban areas and over the age of 30 that number skews even higher
we're constantly surrounded by overweight people and normalize it to the point where many overweight people don't even believe themselves to be overweight and genuinely delude themselves into believing that it'd be unhealthy to be skinnier
like if you google thigh gap, you'll be flooded with with articles about it being an unhealthy and unrealistic standard - which is just pure bs as we've all blinded ourselves to reality to better cope with our existence
like living abroad, it's always shocking every time i came home and how everyone literally doubles in size - doesn't matter how aware I am that it's coming, nothing prepares you for the shock of suddenly seeing a swarm of fat americans as go through the airport upon arrival
having been back over a year now, i don't even notice it anymore because I'm so used to seeing fat people - it doesn't even register anymore - when that's how most people look, you assume that to be the happy/normal way

Thigh gaps are genetic and have nothing to do with being fit.
