Tricep is much better.
Took a week off of keto due to terrible work schedule and being surrounded by carbs. Back on keto and yc combo.

Diet is going OK not great. But pants are much looser around the waist, the downside is my suit jackets are getting really tight in the back and arm pit area.

Also added some light kettle bell swings with 25lb and sets of 30 but really locking it out hard. Need to do that before all dl sessions

Weighed 217lbs at the end of the day, probably like 213 in the morning. New goal is 195lbs by Thanksgiving. Should be pretty doable 22lbs or 18 lbs in 2.5 months depending on when I weigh in. Plus I’m on Ecy stack now and will be til thanksgiving. Figured out the secret to eliminating chest pain on it is 135oz of water a day, salt tablets, and bananas as back up if the first two don’t work. (Also only 2 bronkaid tablets a day).

Tried doing a wider grip and those are three sets I couldn’t get to 5 on. Felt bad in my shoulders. Last set tried even a closer than I usually do and it felt great.
